Northern Academy
The Northern Academy campus was once a Jr College. It has over 200,000
square feet of building space consisting of classrooms, dorms,
recreational areas, computer center, science labs, food services,
offices, and a 30,000 volume library. It is located on over 200 acres
with plenty of outdoor recreational space and nature trails
The Northern Academy is located in upper New York State,
close to the Adirondack Mountains. This remote location helps minimize
distractions, but is still only about an 8 hour drive from many of the
major cities in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States, as well
as some in Eastern Canada.
In addition to Academic Curriculum, students are also taught
values, integrity, honor, accountability, and respect for authority.
The Northern Academy provides a structured and supervised environment
where high standards exist. Each student follows a daily schedule and a
firm set of rules. Students learn discipline while developing proper
motivation and direction.
The Northern Academy provides a great facility and setting for students
to reach their potential. Equally important, it also has experienced
Administration and teachers along with dedicated and committed staff.
